Dr. Shelley corrected my overbite and left me with so much confidence and comfort in my smile. He was always willing to answer my questions and take the time to address my concerns without making me feel like a burden. Angela was also always helpful when it came to scheduling and understanding billing, which is always confusing to us average folk who don’t know much about insurance. The entire team always demonstrated positive attitudes and were super helpful. Thank you all for what you do.

Dr. Bailey has now removed both of my kiddos wisdom teeth and both visits were great! Such an amazing team from start to finish. This office is like SUPER efficient. I hope we never need his services again but I wouldn't think of going anywhere else if we do.

Drove my Morher in Law from Monte vista and this place is Great! The front staff was very helpful and friendly and I came to help translate and wow! Both of the front staff were bilingual so they were able to communicate with us. I can’t remember their names so I apologize. Went on the website and neither of them were listed? Maybe not updated the site? Either way thank you OSSPueblo for being great and having amazing service and very clean all around ! Gracias

Not sure where to start, as Being to end my experience at the Pueblo location was absolutely wonderful! From checking in with upfront, Alexi and Fernando have been very helpful and patient with me and location my dental insurance information and benefits to the dental assistant Persila being so nice and understanding of me talking so much and had a smile the entire time and Dr. Ben Bailey is absolutely wonderful and very gentle and professional! Let’s not forget about Fernando also being a rockstar ! He did not only help the front he was also helping in the rooms with the assistants. So refreshing that they are all there to help each other and their patients. Overall so pleasant. Alexi thank you for your knowledge with assisting with my payment. 10 starts if I could!

I’ve always been nervous about dental work, but Dr. Bailey was incredibly gentle and walked me through every step. My self and my sister the patient Abagail ,had a wonderful, pain-free experience. The front desk staff is so warm and welcoming. I felt at ease the moment I walked in! They answered all my questions and made scheduling a breeze. Genia and Fernando are Great.

My husband and I came in today for teethe pulling he ended up needing 5 pulled the xray machine they used was top of the line no pieces in your mouth the staff very informative very sweet I felt like they took care of my husband well he said he wasn’t scared they offered IV sedation and had us in and out in a jiff he was in so much pain I’m so thankful they have taken this from him he’s a new person now the nurses very attentive, kept our minds off of the procedure, very informative the doctor himself was a very nice gentleman quick but precise we couldn’t have asked for a better surgeon coming from out of state and if needed we will take our whole family we highly recommend 10 stars Medicaid approved for us just make sure your Medicaid covers what you need prior and your all good. I had Dr Shelley for my wisdom teeth surgery, and it went smoothly. I was very nervous as this was my first surgery 😭 But everything happened fast. I got the IV in, then I woke up with all 4 out. I was careful in my healing, and everything went well. I’m thankful for this place and I recommend it! I used medicaid too and it covered it all!
